These terms establish the legal framework for accessing and using our industrial automation services. By using the platform, you fully accept the terms described below.
Industrial Automation provides technical consultancy, integration of mechanized systems and software, implementation of industrial sensors, predictive maintenance planning, and energy efficiency optimization in production units. Services are provided according to the technical specifications agreed in writing with each client.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information regarding the factory's technical infrastructure, to allow our team safe access to machinery and systems, and to respect the agreed payment terms. Any change to the initial requirements must be communicated in writing at least 5 working days before implementation.
We commit to delivering services according to industry technical standards, using qualified equipment and personnel. We reserve the right to adjust proposed solutions based on real constraints identified on site, with prior notification to the client. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect damages, production losses, business interruptions, or additional costs arising from improper use of implemented systems, failure to follow operating instructions, or force majeure. Any complaint must be submitted within 14 days of discovering the issue.
Technical and commercial data shared during the collaboration are treated confidentially and are not disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent. We implement reasonable security measures to protect information, but do not guarantee absolute immunity against unauthorized access.
Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice. In case of non-payment or serious breach of terms, we may suspend access to services without notice. Upon termination, the client receives a final report and the technical data collected during the collaboration.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with 15 days' prior notice via email or on the website. Continued use of services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
